AutoPay: Set it, forget it and never miss a payment

  • Pay your bill automatically using your checking or savings account by enrolling in AutoPay. The full amount of your bill will be deducted from your bank account on your bill’s due date.
  • If you are subject to disconnection of service for non-payment or have already been disconnected for 13 days, you must speak with a Customer Care representative by calling 502.583.6610 or toll free 888.535.6262, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Pay by Phone: This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week

  • Call 502.583.6610 or 888.535.6262 to use our automated payment service to pay your bill using your checking/savings account or debit/credit card. There is a $2.50 fee charged by our third-party vendor for this service.

  2. Click on Billing and Payment tab at the top of the page
  3. Select eBill
  4. Choose your delivery option as "Receive via email"
